Lack of insight into the status of contracts often leads to unnecessary costs. Insight into the contracts of both suppliers and customers is essential for optimising the financial administration.
Contract monitoring becomes much easier with a contract management system, because you gain insight into all contract data: from the term to the agreements made. For example, the system automatically indicates when you need to cancel or renew a contract. Authorised users will then receive an e-mail with this information in a timely manner and can change, edit and archive the contract. Reports are also easy to run, for example about expired or to be renewed contracts.
Employees can work on contracts at the same time. The system keeps track of who makes what changes and when. Based on the metadata, the system can take automatic actions by, for example, sending a reminder or notifying you in the event of an imminent automatic renewal. The document management system can optionally be integrated with an ERP or CRM system, so that a total solution can be offered.
