Whereas SharePoint Online is a cloud-based service that users can simply access as "a service" rather than holding architectures available on their premises.

With SharePoint Online, you don't have to think about resources, servers, and architecture. Moreover, it can be combined with other Office commodities like Word, Exchange, and Excel.

Why SharePoint is better than OneDrive?

Why SharePoint link is not working

Go to Site Information > Site Settings > Site Permissions. If there is anything uniquely permissioned, like a page/library/folder, there will be a yellow banner near the top with a link. From that link you'll be able to see if possibly the landing page or the image is uniquely secured.
