Rollout Change Control Workflows

CHALLENGE

Our Client in Life Science industry needed to improve existing Change Control Workflows run based on OpenText Content Server (QMS) and to implement additional Change Control Workflows in sites including e-sign and extended reporting functionality.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Design and implementation of four Change Control Workflows based on OpenText Content Server (QMS)

  • Project duration >14 months, project size >1300 hrs

SOLUTION

  • Based on the existing OpenText Content Server and QMS controlled environments, existing Workflows have been optimised and one new Change Control Workflow has been implemented
