PROJECT SCOPE

  • Implement new validated Document Approval Workflow based on OpenText Content Suite functionality and custom solution extensions.

  • Project Duration: 8 months; project size >600 hrs.

  • Introduce project space for CSV IT projects based on OpenText Project Templates

  • Introduce e-signature Workflow for template based CSV documents including Controlled Viewing and Printing (watermark)

  • Introduce e-signature Workflow for executed documents including specific watermark rules
